Sunrise, Sunset

The sunrise is from this morning. The sunset is from a couple of days ago. I've been meaning to post the sunset but just haven't gotten around to it. But it gave me the chance to title this post after a song from the musical Fiddler on the Roof. :-)

First, the sunrise. You might not be able to see them in the small versions here, but I like how the sunrays showed through.

Lawbrat, don't you get sunrises and sunsets like that over there? The sunrise is actually closer to Holland, MI.

Mr B, glowing white eyes? Are you doing drugs? Am I missing something?

Lawbrat, I'm sorry that you don't good sunrises and sets over there. I'll be sure to post the ones I can for you. :-)

Nick, that's great! We're going to be in the mid-20's and possibly get freezing rain tonight.

Nina,, thanks! Sometimes I think maybe being in Michigan isn't such a bad thing.

Pretty!!! Now all you need are some mountains... oh, what a coincidence -- WE have mountains here in Washington! Wanna move?

Eclectic, you are so sweet! If I had to choose what kind of dog you would be it would have to some kind of a sweet herding dog. You're always working on corralling everyone together. :-)

holy moley - those pictures make me think of Margaret Mitchell novels. We need Rhett and Scarlet standing out there and they'd be perfect.

Beautiful! The sunrise especially is breathtaking. We haven't been having any clouds to speak of here to make a decent show. Except for the two days of rain when it was TOO cloudy for sunrise/set! Thanks for sharing yours. :)
