A quiz
I found this one over at Courtney's and couldn't resist. :)
Your Language Arts Grade: 100%
Way to go! You know not to trust the MS Grammar Check and you know "no" from "know." Now, go forth and spread the good word (or at least, the proper use of apostrophes).

My score was only 98%. I'm not surprised though, I've always had issues with apostrophes.
Mmmmmm'kay.
I took this quiz, and it came back and told me I was a 27% perfect girlfriend.
Huh?
dmmgmfm, punctuation sometimes makes me feel clueless. I like your new profile pic. :)
Bucky, what??? What quiz did you take?
Well, I got a 98%, which kinda bums me out because I wanted 100, but I guess it is close enough.
;-)
:o)
OK, so I received a 100% score, too. Your good to share your’re score with us, Squirl. Umph!
Squirl - I took the grammar quiz, but it kept directing me to the girlfriend results.
Do you think it's trying to tell me something?
OK, that's better - just retook it and it gave me my proper and rightful 100%.
Danielle, I almost answered one wrong. It was the one with all the punctuation, almost didn't catch it. Wonder if that's the one that messed it up for you. Cause I know you're good.
Hi, MD! :)
Nick your welcome. ;)
Bucky, finally! Your score doesn't surprise me.
Smarty pants ;-)
Will you send me your snail mail addy; i'm sending out holiday cards and want to get one to you two.
I completed the trifecta of sisters at 100! Now, Susie needs to round out the quartet for us. But I wanna know how come I didn't get redirected to see my awesome girlfriendliness? Bucky gets to have all the fun...
100% here too.
Dang it! Nick used the sentence I wanted to use. ;)
Lawbrat, hi! How are you doing these days? I'll get with you.
Eclectic, the trifecta is exactly it! I love it. We'll have to get Susie to try it, too. :)
tshmom, it doesn't surprise me that you did so well, too. Your blog is always well written. I loved Nick's sentence, too. It's fun when you love grammar and spelling enough to have fun with them. :)
woowoo! I got 100% too!
Fun stuff!
Woo hoo!! I gots me 100%!!
Yay, Effie! I should've known you'd do well, too.
Bone, what're you talking about? Your grammar seems pretty good to me.
Lynn, you go, girl! I love these quizzes.
Kittn, I hope I get to see you today. Our schedules kinda suck lately.
JDR, maybe Australian grammar is different from US, too. I read Eats Shoots, and Leaves and found out that British is different from US.
:)
Hey Squirl, yahoo's front page is delving into the secret lives of the squirl so beware....

I'm so not surprised . . . :) That your score was 100%.
Mine, well,
Your Language Arts Grade: 64%
You only annoy your more literate friends about half the time. Remember, what you do affects those younger than you. Now, figure out your homophones.
I'm so not surprised . . . :)
Hey, Dori thanks!
Operagal, I knew you'd do well on the grammar test. Thanks for the squirrel link. :)
Nina, some people just take to grammar like a duck to water. I'm just one of those people. Your blogs are still wonderful and way more than readable. :)
Yes, but does this mean that I can't be a sister to you, Bucky, eclectic, and Susie, since I didn't get 100%? I think I will go study. :)
I'm not surprised that you scored perfectly. :)
I took that same quiz a week or two ago (don't remember where I saw the link) and also scored 100%.
Tiny URL...I'll have to remember that. Same place as I sent you
Nina, you don't have to get 100% on the test to be part of the family. :)
Ladybug, you're probably better at grammar than I am. I'll use you when I have questions. :)
Dori, tiny url does help save space.
Bone, I was about to take umbrage, as I started my education in Kentucky. But I went to parochial school so I can't say anything.
Okay, Bone, you made me laugh out loud. :)
