Update:Family Time

Had a great time this weekend when family came to visit. The only thing that would have made it better was if Bucky could've made it. But then don't we all want Bucky at our party? I'm working on a couple of other stories, just not ready yet. Darn, I need to learn how to get pictures in here. They're a good stall while you're coming up with your next post. :-)

If you want to add pictures, try Hello by Picasa, or Flikr. I like Hello better. (If you go to my page click on the little icon under the pictures for Hello info.) I think if you look thru blogger's faq's and such they tell you about Hello (Picasa, like blogger, is a google company). It's a program that you download, and all you do is open it up, select pictures, type your caption and hit send -- pretty easy! You could also sign up for web space and upload photos to your server and then post them... But Hello is much simpler. Also, beware, don't let posting photo's take over your blog, like I did... :)

You right, pics are a great way to still be able to post when say, your house is over run by zombie children or cats on a rampage... I use the Hello program too, its very simple.

Awwwww, you guys are makin' me choke up here. Wish I coulda been there, too. You know, to protect Mom from you guys.

Hello gets my vote, too. Sometimes I post from flickr, too, and you can write your whole post with the picture there before you publish it, unlike Hello where you have to publish, then edit if you want an appreciable amount of text there. But Hello is just easier all around. Easy like Sunday mornin'.

Thanks, everybody. I'm going to try Hello. It's not that I'm a technophobe, but I'm always a little nervous trying new software out. Especially if I think it'll do something like blow my blog out of existence.

Courtney I love your profile pic.

Jess, I didn't get a chance to comment, but loved the Zombie children. They're hilarious.

Kitty, maybe with my new super-duper Dell I can make Hello work.

Kitty - you need to use a picture of Hello Kitty for your profile pic.
