Sunrise, wake up every morning
I just love sunrises, sunsets, and any interesting cloud formations. When I got to work one morning I saw this sunrise and had to pull out my camera before I could go in to work. So I'm subjecting you to these photos.
I'm not trying to get hits on my Flickr account, but they really look better if you click on them and see them in the larger size.

These are sooooo cool.
And nyah everybody else, I saw these on Squirl's laptop last weekend.
I am "special" and get a sneak preview.
Nyah.
Very nice. I wish I could see them like at least 1024x768.
There you go again, Mr. B, always concerned with size.
Men...sheesh!
1. These are spectacular, good work, Squirl and God!
2. You go to work too freakin' early! (And that is directed only to Squirl, not to God.)
Buckythanks. And everyone knows that you are "special". And that gives you the privilege of sneak previews.
Kitty, thanks!
Mr B, is bigger always better?
Bucky ditto.
Susie, thanks! It's now been night-time dark all week going in to work. But it's nice getting out before the day is done. Even on December 21st I still get to see daylight on my way home. :-)
Wow, they are just amazing. I love sunrise and sunsets. Thanks Squirl we all need things to color our world right now.
Geez, what time do you get to work, Squirl??
The pics are just beautiful. (And you're so right about clicking for the larger pics. Thanks for the tip.)
Nanina, thanks. Yes, we're seeing enough pictures of devastation right now. Some of the universe's more beautiful things might help us heal a bit.
Ladybug, I have to be at work at 7 am. Getting up at 5:30 sucks, especially when the neighbors can be (as they were yesterday) out making noise until 5 am. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. I like them in the larger size, too.
Those are stunning photos. The colours....WOW!
Thank you, Kranki!
I'm so jealous of your schedule! I actually am at work at 5:00 am, which, for most of the year means it's still dark. But on the weekends when we go hiking or camping, I love the sunrise. It's my favorite time of day. Great photos!
Those really are lovely, gee with the orange in my hair I wonder if I add some blue and purple if I can look like that too... hmmmmmmm
Oh, Eclectic, that's waaaay too early. Especially when you have three children. And, yes, sunrises are so nice.
Jess, maybe you should try. It could be really cool. Thanks!
Sweet pictures.
Thanks, Pecos Blue! I haven't been to your site in a while to check out your pictures.
Just lovely!
Also just what I needed today to lift the spirits. Thanks.
Thanks, Sierrabella. We all need some beauty these days. Maybe I'll dig up some flower or sunset pictures for another post.
Good job Squirl. You are working that camera for sure. :)
I would not want to be up early enough to get these shots but since you have to be, I am glad you take your camera along.
Those are amazing photos Squirl. Geeze you wake up early for work, but it definitely pays off.
Thanks, August! I am really enjoying my digital camera. Waking up early sucks. The rest is definitely worth it.
Welcome, Blogaholic! Thank you! Like I said to August, waking up early does have its benefits.
Ahh... I am always sad when we get to the time of the year when it is dark on the way to work and dark when I go home.
But the sunrises do make up for it.
These are particularly lovely. And like Ladybug, I'm glad you nudged us to go look at the slightly larger Flickr ones. They are just so pretty, and help me feel that sense of peace like I do early in the morning.
Danielle, yes, I hate to loose the long days. But those sunrises are so beautiful. I had to mention clicking on them as I don't think the small size really does them justice. And anything that brings you a sense of peace is good. Let us know how the move is going as soon as you are able. We're anxious to hear.
I meant lose, not loose. D'oh!
No place in the world has the spectacular sunsets of western Michigan!
GreatWhite, you're so right.
Wow, the colors on those are incredible!
Thanks, Ern, I was really glad I had my camera that morning. And that I wasn't running too late to take the time.
Those are some awesome shots. I would have loved to have seen it as it happened.
Thanks, Brain. It was gorgeous.
