My public service announcement
Every day I go to this site. I go to each of the tabs and click on the buttons. The yellow tab is for feeding hungry children. The pink one is to get mammograms for women who can't afford them. The blue one is for health care for children. The green one is for saving rainforests. The purple one is for donating food for animals in shelters.
The sponsors promise to contribute a certain amount of money for each click. Some people click all, some click a few, while some click just one button. The sponsors have some interesting wares for sale. Whenever anyone buys the stuff that's advertised they contribute even more. The only thing I've bought is my Christmas cards last year.
Anyway, no pressure here. I just wanted to share this with anyone who might want to check it out.

Will do. Also just added a picture I think you will like based on your photos. Great shot of the water snake.
Pecos, that is a wonderful shot of bats. Loved it.
Thanks, DP, I think the causes are worthy. I'll have to check yours out too.
I clicked!
Thank you, Sierrabella!
So nice to be able to do something-even if it is only clicking.
Oh, Kranki, thanks. I hadn't even thought how close this one might be to your heart.
Have now bookmarked and will click the livin' shit out of all of 'em!
Thanks, Bucky and Kitty!
Thanks for sharing that, Squirl.
Your welcome, Ladybug. I don't do this kind of thing often, but I think this one's worthwhile. Thank you!
i clicked, i clicked. thanx for the link.
That's cool as shit, squirl! I clicked, and clicked, and clicked! And I'm going to the humane society today to buy a bag of food for them. Thanks for the reminder. Now if we could just get folks to spay and neuter....!
Blogaholic, welcome to my site and thanks so much for clicking.
Eclectic, thanks for clicking! Amen to the spay/neuter. I never had a pet that I didn't have "fixed". Too sad to think that the offspring would end up unwanted.
I feel all righteous and good coz I clicked. Much more satisfying than google ads. But am I a bad person coz I said Fuck the rainforest? I am so over rainforests and their nasty little trees...
ok, waaaaaay past my bedtime.
Song, click as you please, as you will. I always think that the next cure for some horrible drug is sitting in the rainforest just waiting to be found. :-)
Welcome!
I do that everyday as well, I didn't think about putting it on my blog. Great thought and way to go Squirl.
OK, holding my breath until you post again.
You know I'll do it.
Nanina, I'm glad you already do that one. I don't usually do this kind of thing, but I believe this site might help somehow.
Bucky, I know, I know. This is a very boring post. I'm just not sure what to post about next.
How about you stop wasting your time with such boring material. My blog is far more interesting.
That last post is NOT from the person whose blog is linked to the name.
'Tis a wandering troll with a tiny, tiny hair where his penis oughtta be.
My first troll. :-)
Thanks, Bucky for checking that out.
Thanks for you very nice message (I've been getting spammed all day). The Internet is interesting. Anyway, it's nice to know there are nice people out there too. You can pretend to be anyone on blogger - he can't forge the gravatar though. Thanks squirl and sorry for the bother.
DK (really)
P.S. I just read Bucky four eyes comment. I'm still laughing. I'm going to use that line to describe him too. LOL :)
DK, you're quite welcome. And Bucky would be pleased to have you use it on that troll. :-)
