Thank you
My thanks to everyone for stopping by with kind words. I'm feeling better already. But I need to move the post down one as that kitty makes me sad just to look at it. :-)
Here's a picture from Five Mile Hill in the city where I live. It's not five miles high, but you're supposed to be able to see for five miles on a clear day.

That is super pretty -- good memories up there! Hugs!
Nice! This actually reminds me of a lookout in my own city, where Richard and I would go when we were first dating. There's something about being able to look out over long distances that gives you a little rush.
I didnt know until now. I am sorry to hear about the troubles. Anyway on a lighter note that is beautiful to look at. I wish I could see it. I know I could if we would just make the drive there over a weekend sometime...LOL..
I just came over to let you know I'm thinking about you guys on your first day of separation. (((hugs)))
Chia, thanks!
SME, yes, it is wonderful to be able to see so far.
Tweety, thanks!
tshsmom, thanks for coming by. My sister stopped and we spent a little time together. It helped.
Pretty!
This is really a great spot. How nice that there is a cool lookout like that.
I love in the summer time going to Bay Beach Amusement Park and watching the water. Its amazingly calm there. Even with all the people walking about behind you. Watching the water makes me forget about others there.
Hi Squirl,
I hope you don't mind, but I edited some of my info on Blogger and I wanted to leave a comment and see what comes up when people click my name now.
Thanks for being a conduit for my checking. ;-)
Danielle, I'm happy that you can use the Nest to test your profile. :-)
Happy Easter, Squirl dear.
I hope you have a beautiful holiday.
Happy Easter!
